VTG signed art glass vase, 10" tall. Hand-blown with a striking cobalt sommerso design, transitioning from clear to deep blue and lighter blue. Features a distinctive swung, ruffled rim and a solid clear base. Signed 'John [illegible last name]', dated '1993', and marked 'Prism' on the underside. Excellent condition.
