Vintage Buddo 'The Happy Time Horse' rocking horse, c. 1949. Features a molded composition or heavy papier-mâché body with a white finish, blue saddle details, and red accents. Mounted on a red-painted wooden rocker base. Includes a wooden handle through the head.
