Silverplate Chrysanthemum Trinket Box & Hairbrushl

A two-piece dresser set featuring a footed trinket box and a hairbrush. The rectangular box is decorated with a high-relief repoussé chrysanthemum motif on the lid and shield-and-cross designs on the sides. It stands on four cabriole feet and has a red velvet-lined interior. The hairbrush features an engraved handle with floral scrolls. Both pieces show minor surface wear and tarnish. No maker's marks visible.
