A vintage gold-tone metal telephone address and number index featuring a decorative rotary dial on the lid. The interior contains alphabetical paper index cards for recording names and numbers. The dial functions as a selector to open the lid to the corresponding lettered section. Measures 6 x 4". Includes original clear plastic packaging box.
