Includes a multi-page brochure titled 'Welcome to the new First!' featuring a portrait of Chairman Gaylord A. Freeman Jr., and several large-format printer's proofs or posters with architectural watercolor renderings of the Chicago skyline and the iconic tapering skyscraper. Features technical 'Design for progress' text. Some edge wear, light staining, and registration marks present on proofs.
