Vintage chalkware cat figurine, manufactured by the Fort Novelty Co. in 1950. This seated orange tabby cat features a textured fur finish, hand-painted details including a green bowtie, and black paws. Marked "© 1950 FORT NOV. CO." on the lower back. Shows age-appropriate wear including paint loss, small chips to the ears and base, and surface soiling. Measures 9.5" tall.
