Frary's Improved Brass and Iron Spring Balances

Pair of antique spring balance scales. Includes one small brass-faced scale marked "Frary's Improved Spring Balance, Warranted" with a red-painted pointer and iron hook, measuring approx. 8" long. The second is a larger, heavy-duty iron scale with a vertical slot and hook, measuring approx. 12" long. Both show significant surface oxidation, rust, and wear consistent with age and use.
