Antique agricultural scythe featuring a 24" hand-forged iron blade with a reinforced spine. The curved wooden snath (handle) includes two adjustable wooden grips secured by iron rings and a threaded tensioner. Shows significant oxidation to the metal and weathering to the wood consistent with age and farm use. Unmarked.
