Chain Fong Toys animated plush toucan on a brown plastic perch. Features a plush body with a plastic beak. Battery operated. Marked "Chain Fong Toys Made in China" on the base. Condition: Shows corrosion at the battery connection. Tested to flap wings, but the sound is muffled and does not sound like a bird call.
