Pair of hand-painted porcelain "William" the hippo ornaments by the Metropolitan Museum of Art (MMA). Inspired by the ancient Egyptian faience hippopotamus mascot. Includes original box and informational insert. Marked MMA, © 1992, with Made in Thailand stickers on the undersides. Good condition with minor wear to bases.
