Sterling silver owl brooch made in Taxco, Mexico. Features detailed stamped feather patterns and large domed eyes. Back is stamped "TAXCO MEXICO 925" with maker's mark "MB" and an eagle assay mark. Standard pin clasp closure. Shows light tarnish and surface wear consistent with age.
