Pair of unmarked folk art figures depicting rural workers carrying baskets. Constructed from stiffened paper or papier-mache with painted details, mounted on wooden bases. The female figure carries a basket of seeds on her head; the male carries a woven basket on his back. Shows wear, discoloration, and minor tears to the paper. Approx 12" H.
