Small porcelain creamer manufactured in Germany. Features a transfer-printed illustration of three anthropomorphic cats in a rowboat, including one in a blue sailor suit. Designed with a scalloped rim, gold luster trim, and a pink gradient base. Base is stamped GERMANY 164. Shows minor wear to gold trim and light surface marks.
