Vintage BOCO skirt hem marker, designed for precise hem marking. Features a 24" H wooden ruler marked in inches, a cast iron base marked "BOCO" and "L.I.C.", and a glass chalk reservoir. Made in the U.S.A. Shows rust on the base and wear to the wooden finish.
