Pair of 18" bolt cutters by BFT Japan. Constructed from alloy steel with red painted handles and black textured rubber grips. The jaws are marked "Soft and Medium Metals" and "Alloy Steel." Shows surface wear, paint loss, and oxidation to the metal components. 18" long.
