Small mantel clock by Breck's. Constructed from brown plastic with a classic arched top. Features a cream-colored dial with Roman numerals, floral decorative motifs, and black hands. Marked 'Breck's' and 'Quartz' on the face. Reverse has a 'Made in China' label and a CE mark. 5" H. Shows minor surface wear and scratches.
