Vintage Red Wing pottery covered casserole dish in the Tampico pattern. This mid-century modern earthenware piece features a hand-painted fruit and leaf motif including watermelon and pear on a speckled cream ground. The dish has a distinctive crescent shape with flared handles and a stylized finial. Marked Red Wing U.S.A. on the underside. Measures 11.25" handle to handle. No visible chips or cracks.
